Audcomp Named to CRN's Inaugural 2026 AI Innovators List

CRN has named Audcomp to the first edition of its AI Innovators list, which recognizes North American solution providers delivering AI work that reaches end customers.

CRN has named Audcomp to its AI Innovators list for 2026, the first edition of the list. It recognizes North American solution providers for what CRN describes as overall excellence and technical acumen in delivering AI-focused solutions to end customers.

What the list recognizes

CRN launched AI Innovators to cover the part of the AI market that gets written about least: the channel partners who put the technology in front of an actual organization. The list spans managed service providers, resellers, systems integrators and consultants across North America.

The framing matters more than the badge. Most organizations do not buy AI from a model vendor. They ask the IT partner they already trust what to do about it, and the answer has to work inside the systems, budget and privacy obligations they already have.

The work behind it

Our AI practice is deliberately unglamorous. Microsoft Copilot enablement, where the hard part is licensing and permissions hygiene rather than the assistant itself. Custom agents scoped to one job — help desk triage, procurement, security alert triage, onboarding, reporting — with defined data sources, permissions and escalation rules. Consulting and roadmap work for organizations that want to know which use case is worth doing first, and which is not worth doing at all.

Underneath all of it sits readiness: data quality, and AI use that holds up against PIPEDA and PHIPA. An agent built on data nobody has audited produces confident answers from bad inputs, which is worse than no agent at all.

What a list like this is and is not

A recognition is a signal, not a substitute for evidence. It tells you other people in the industry looked at the work and found it credible. It does not tell you whether a given project will pay for itself in your organization.

The questions worth asking an AI partner are the same ones they were before the list existed: which workflow are you automating, what data does it touch, who is accountable when it gets something wrong, and how will we know in six months whether it worked. We would rather be judged on those answers.
