Responsibilities and Duties

What we are looking for in this position:

Audcomp is looking for experienced sales/telemarketing professionals to join our sales team and grow the company. You will be acting as a trusted advisor and provide the knowledge, passion and service that our clients expect and need to run their businesses. Hunters and result orientated sales individuals are preferred. You will be focused on onboarding new customers, booking meetings, and marketing Audcomp to these prospects.

In this position you will be involved in the daily operations of the sales team for multiple industries interacting with a Canadian customer base.

Responsibilities:

· Telemarketing and cold-calling prospects

· Booking appointments

· Customer follow-up and engagement

· Assisting customers and/or Audcomp outside sales team with equipment selection and systems design

· Determine customer needs and provide pricing and system solutions based on customer requirements

· Learn on a continuous basis as new products and technologies come to market

· Review project requirements ensuring attention to details regarding specifications, pricing, product compatibility with existing systems

· Gather input from Sales Team, Service Team and Vendor Partners to fully satisfy customer IT Business needs.

· Assess the most cost-effective services and solutions for clients.
