Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for an mid-level technical individuals to join our team to support our customers’ current and future needs. This position will also help to be our customers’ trusted advisers as well as supplying them with the required service levels to run their business.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications to bring on board to our team:2+ years of experience in the IT Service industry

Qualifications and Skills

Experience with the design, installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of the following products is a must:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2012 R2/2008 R2
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange 2016/2013/2010
  • Backup Software
  • Migration and infrastructure upgrade experience
  • Working knowledge of server hardware, routing/switching technologies
  • Configuration and support of commercial security appliances

Possession of the following experience for the design, installation, administration and troubleshooting of products below will be additional asset for consideration:

  • Microsoft Office 365 Deployment & Configuration
  • Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Database Server & Webserver implementation experience
  • VMWare ESXi 5, 6
  • Citrix Xen Products
  • iSCSI & FC SAN/NAS Storage
  • Various private/public cloud services

Certifications are not required but would be desirable when you possess one or more of the following:

  • CompTIA Network+
  • Microsoft MCSA / MCSE
  • VMWare VCP
  • Cisco CCEE/CCEA, CCIA, or CCNA
  • HP ASE/Master ASE
  • Other Tier 1 Manufacturer Technical Authorizations
