We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, resourceful, dynamic individual to strengthen and become part of our team as a Logistics Coordinator. This position is responsible for a variety of duties relating to product lifecycle through our doors.

Responsibilities and Duties

Reporting to the Director of Services, the candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Communicate with our carriers and partners
  • Possess thorough knowledge of international shipments & brokerage requirements
  • Account for all incoming/outgoing deliveries & drop shipments
  • Process all incoming shipments, verify product and quantities
  • Staging of product for delivery and work with delivery personnel for accurate delivery of shipments
  • Receive product into CRM system
  • Physical allocation and electronic filling of product to work orders and service orders
  • Invoicing of orders and tracking of back-orders
  • Assist in purchasing duties when required
  • Maintain cleanliness, organize warehouse, shipping/receiving areas and inventory locations
  • Be responsible and accountable for inventory, including physical inventory counts & reporting
  • Process and track RMA’s to distributors and manufacturers in a timely fashion
  • Save on shipping cost
  • Manage maintenance of company vehicles
  • Lifting required, various sizes and shapes
  • Maintain and organize warehouse and inventory locations
  • Be responsible and accountable for inventory
  • Perform physical inventory and provide reports as required
  • Responsible for receiving and shipping
  • Account for incoming/outgoing deliveries
  • Process all incoming shipments
  • Unpacking and verifying product and quantities against packing slips, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Receipt of product into CRM system
  • Verification of pricing against purchase orders
  • Physical allocation and electronic filling of product to work orders and service orders
  • Invoicing of orders and tracking of back-orders
  • Assist in purchasing duties when required
  • Closing of drop-shipments in a timely fashion as required
  • Staging of product for delivery and work with delivery personnel for accurate delivery of shipments
  • Responsible for product RMA’s to distributors and manufacturers in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for ensuring the shipping/receiving area is organized and maintained
  • Shipping of products using various courier services and ability to save shipping cost as required
  • Manage maintenance of company vehicles
  • Lifting required, various sizes and shapes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience, in a medium sized business
  • Knowledge of IT products would be preferred
  • Post secondary education
  • Possess a proactive work ethic in addition to excellent communication skills and a personable, professional approach to team members
  • Be coach able and willing to adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory control software
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence
