We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team to support our clients' current and future needs. We only seek professionals who are business-minded, can act as trusted advisors, and can provide clients with the knowledge and service they need to run their businesses.
 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 5+ years of experience in the IT Service industry
• Experience with the design, installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of the following products:

o HP/Dell/IBM Server Hardware

o SAN/NAS and other network storage appliances

o iSCSI & FC Storage

o Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003/2008

o Microsoft Active Directory

o Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010

o SQL and Database Servers

o IIS and Webservers

o Server Virtualization such as ESX / Hyper-V / Xen

o Desktop Virtualization/VDI

o Backup Software and/or SAN snap/clone technologies

o Various Firewalls and Core Switch Networking

o Routers, Switching, and Wireless LAN implementation

o VoIP technologies

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server & Active Directory environments
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking
• OS/Platform/Version Migration and infrastructure upgrade experience
• Strong working knowledge of firewall/routing/switching technologies
• Experience dealing with backup, security appliances, and AV solutions

One or more of the following certifications are desired:

• Microsoft MCITP or MCSE

• VMWare VCP

• Cisco CCA, CCEE/CCEA, CCIA, or CCNA

• CompTIA Server/Network+

• HP ASP/ASE

• Other Tier 1 Manufacturer Authorizations are an asset
